About Pam Garlick
Pam Garlick admits to writing her first short story when she was 12 years old,
though she won't admit how long ago that was. She remembers her struggling as
a single-mom, raising two lively sons, holding down a job, and trying to find time
to write. Often late at night she would be found typing on her old portable
typewriter, using any paper she could get. She still has some of her first
manuscripts that were typed on the backs of her sons' school papers.

Then twenty years ago she received a computer as a birthday gift and her life
changed. In 1988 she sold her first article and short stories soon followed. Today
she's been published in a variety of media, from newspaper and magazine
articles, to short stories, and today also has four novels published. She was also
the Relationship's Editor at Bella Online, one of the leading women's web sites in
the world. Currently she is taking a break from that venture.

Pam lives with her husband in
southeastern Pennsylvania where they
are actively involved with their church.
Much of what she writes is driven by
her faith. Her testimony tells how as
God changed her, her writing also
changed. Her writing goal is to bring
Him glory in the stories she tells.

As much as she enjoys writing, she
treasures her time away from her
computer when she and Ken can be
with their five children and four
grandchildren.
